What does NH require for renewal?
active- 12 hours of credits
sales or brokers licenses
require 12 hours of courses
consisting of the 3 hr NH core
class along with
three 3hr elective classes.

Inactive- 3 hour NH core class
sales or broker licenses require
only the 3 hour NH core class.

All of Carl Ripaldi School of Real Estate classes are state approved and can be done live or at home to fit your schedule.
